Federico Villatico Campbell is working as a senior project engineer for the Centre since March 2008. He is especially involved in the realisation of hydrogen energy projects in developing countries. Dr. Villatico got a MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 and then proceeded to doctoral studies in “Energy technologies for sustainable development” at Sapienza University of Rome within CIRPS - Interuniversity Research Centre for Sustainable Development. In 2007, after graduating, he worked as a researcher within GEA, Energy and Environment Group of CIRPS receiving a research fellowship in sustainable mobility. His main field of research was hydrogen and renewable energy sources, embracing the whole hydrogen chain (production, storage and utilisation) with particular emphasis on transportation. He has gained a deep experience in management and coordination of EU research projects.

Project Engineer: Ms. Öznur Tabakoğlu

oznur
Öznur Tabakoğlu has been working as a Project Engineer at UNIDO-ICHET since December 2005. Her main responsibility in the Centre is to assist and carry out national demonstration projects. She has a Master degree in Energy Conversion and Management from University of Offenburg, Germany and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. During her graduate studies, she worked at Alstom Power (Switzerland) within a scientific project team and investigated the autoignition time characteristics of lean-premixed fuel combustion in gas turbines. Later on, she joined Fichtner Consulting Company in Stuttgart to write her master thesis about the development of Turkish energy and water market and the chances of German companies in these markets. After completing her thesis successfully, she continued to work in the same company as an Assistant-Project Engineer for international energy and environment projects.

Project Engineer: Ms. Gülbahar Tabakoğlu
