Projects Director: Dr. Nicolas Lymberopoulos
Dr. Lymberopoulos is a Mechanical Engineer, actively involved in the field of energy and the environment for more than 20 years. In his current position at UNIDO-ICHET he is Director of Projects, responsible for the realization of H2 energy facilities in developing countries. He is on sabbatical leave from CRES in Greece where he initiated and headed a section involved in R&TD related to the energetic use of hydrogen and in particular the integration of technologies for the production, storage and use of Hydrogen (including fuel cells) with Renewable Energy Technologies. He is the Secretary of the Greek Hydrogen Association and was the National Delegate of Greece in the Hydrogen Co-ordination Group of the IEA, OECD. He was a member of the SRA and of the IP of the HFP.
